1 cup white chocolate, melted
1–2 tsp matcha powder
For Homemade Cranberry Sauce:
2 cups fresh cranberries (reserve ¼ cup whole)
½ cup water
½ cup orange juice
½ cup brown sugar
Zest of 1 orange
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cinnamon sticks
Instructions:

Melt: Melt semi-sweet and white chocolate separately.
Mix: Stir matcha powder into the melted white chocolate until smooth.
Layer: Spread the melted semi-sweet chocolate onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Chill: Refrigerate until firm (about 1 hour), then break into squares.
